Is it suitable for a 2 year old kid and is it tear free?

I most definitely would not use on a two year old. Does a two year old have dandruff? More likely dry skin. This product is too harsh and not tear free. This is only my personal opinion.

Where can I get this with a prescription?

Any Pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions and has item available in stock

Can it be use in kids?

I've used it on my 8 year old under the advice of a chemist. He gets dry flaky skin and this shampoo keeps his scalp clear.
