tried the shampoo love it for the colour but the condition of my hair is dry as is bleached hair will this help with the condition

I use it to help condition and give it a great colour.It will help a bit but your best bet with bleached hair is cut right down on shampooing and double up on your conditioning.Garnier Ultimate Blend 1 Minute Treatment is great and should make a big difference to your hair

if you used the shampoo, why would you need this conditioner as well? couldn't you just use a normal conditioner?

You could use other conditioner. I only use Clairol Shimmer Lights about every 4 weeks or whenever I think my hair needs it and use the conditioner as well. Would probably get best results using both. It lasts a long time. In between I just use my usual shampoo and conditioner.
