It works for me with nasal strips aswell
I never leave reviews but this mouth piece has saved my marriage. For over a year I have slept on my sofa because of my snoring. But after using this mouthguard I'm back in my own bed. When I moulded the mouthpiece I made sure I brought my bottom has forward and I also use nasal strips aswell. It takes a little getting use to.I have used loads of different mouthguard and woke up without it is I threw half way across the room at night but this one I still have it in my mouth I. The morning and have not snored since. It's good for people that have little mouths as not as bulky as the last ones I have bought.

It doesn’t work
The product instructions were complicated and unclear as to how to mould for first use. After using the mouthpiece for more than a week, the snoring became loader, breathing with the mouthpiece was difficult and caused choking during sleep. Just another gimmic, not worth the money.

Uncomforable
Minimal instructions provided, found it difficult initially to mould product to teeth - took a few attempts. Very uncomfortable to wear. Difficult to breath with. My partner said it reduced the snoring a bit but not completely. I woke up a few times after it had fallen off my teeth. Ive stopped using it now as my teeth became very sensitive to touch and eat.

Didn't stop me snoring
Took a while to make it through the night with it in, but its fairly comfortable.Used a "Snore Tracking" app and snored through the night - so no major improvement for me. I think im just on the unlucky side.

It works!
Absolutely brilliant! The only thing that honestly stopped my loud and embarrassing female snoring dead in its tracks from the first day I wore it! Easy and clear fitting instructions, Worth every penny.

Disappointment/ waste of money.
I would not recommend this to someone who grind teeth at night. It's very thick and the top and bottom sides are connected which makes grinding your teeth causes sever jaw pain.I know that a dentist gum shield is expensive, but this one is not cheap either! I feel that i was scammed for paying £20 for a thick piece of plastic that will end up in an ocean or a landfill for no cause or purpose...

Gumshield anti snore device
Just to clarify, not all the 5 * ratings on this page are for the anti snore device, some look like they are for an atomizer or something similar, I am giving feedback for anti snore gum shield, again there looks to be different devices being commented on which is confusing, my unit was a one piece gum shield with no adjuster for upper and lower section, it is a unit that you put in hot water to soften the unit and then put it in your mouth and make sure your bottom jaw is forward and then push the plastic of the shield around your teeth and gums to mold and align the unit, then you carefully remove it and put it in cold water to set the plastic to that position of alignment, very simple to do, you use a spatula (provided) to hold the gumsheild and the hole the spatula goes into becomes the breathing hole, I found this hole to be too small and by using a thicker spatula it created a bigger hole that reduced the breathing noise while sleeping, I also found the outer part of the gumshield rubbed my cheeks slightly through the night and I woke the next morning with sore cheeks inside my mouth, I think eventually this will be ok, but in the early stages, I have had to remove it before the night was over because of this soreness, it has stopped my snoring, but I feel if the spatula and center hole was a little bigger it would be easier to breath.

IT WORKS!!!
I have OSA and making matters worse, a partially collapse nasal passage making breathing difficult and that had earned my a few nights in the spare room.I had spent a fortune on sprays, strips and all other gadget but this, according to the missus worked better than all the other products.I then lost it somewhere and couldn't find it and replaced it with this one. I cannot justify the price as the first one i bought was 3 quid and this one a bit more but boy it does work!I wish i could upload my recordings from a sleep app on here.
