zwei mal habe ich gefragt ob ich das Gerät das nie funktioniert hat zurückschicken oder wegwerfen sollte. Meiner Meinung nach ist bei einem Warenwert von 7 Euro ein Hin und herschicken sinnlos. Ich habe vorgeschlagen mir ein funktionierendes neues Gerät zu senden. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort und auch kein Gerät. Ich finde ihr solltet auch wenn es sich um kleine Sachen handelt mehr Kundennähe erweisen. Ich glaube das dieser Fall nie abgeschlossen wird und ich ins nächste Geschäft gehe und wein Gerät kaufe. mfg Finger Theodor
