This remote does exactly what I need it to, but it was hard work getting there. The instructions are clear enough but the text is tiny and they are split over different pages, so by the time I’d turned over and found the right place the set up light had gone out and I had to start again. When I thought I’d finally got it sorted I found that I could only turn my tv down, so hadn’t yet found the right code. It’s all working properly now and the remote does what I needed to but a rethink of the instruction layout (each language on one page maybe, instead of some of each language on every page) would have made the whole process much simpler.

Programming it is a bit of a pain. But it works and it arrived the day after I ordered it. So generally, I'm happy.

Product seems great but no instructions how to link with tv

This remote has some great reviews I purchased it because I wanted to use one control for my LG smart tv and my new Goodmans Soundbar it connected to the TV but not all the functions worked properly. It was impossible to connect to the Soundbar, Goodmans although one of the most popular and oldest brands in the UK was not listed on the extensive list of manufacturers provided. The most annoying feature of this remote, was that after using it normally for approximately thirty minutes trying to pair my equipment the buttons started to stick down or not release properly making it very difficult to operate overall although the price is reasonable the quality is very poor. Bought this for our Samsung Blu-ray DVD player as we'd lost the original. Followed all the instructions and tried every listed code. Nothing! Next attempt was with the Search function that sends all possible codes (10 at a time) to the equipment in order to find the one that works. Nothing. At this point (being a reasonable kind of guy) I assume there's a problem with the DVD player so, just to make sure, I try to link it to the TV, then the sound bar, then the Free-view box. Nothing! The player works, turns on, plays, stops/pauses with the controls on the player but it doesn't have the forwards/backwards function hence buying this piece of garbage. It's on it's way back as I've now ordered a direct replacement remote.

Unfortunately this product worked for one week then didn’t work after that
