Good value for price. My hair is so much better and it shows when I have run out and not took them for a while. I don't buy any other except Lindens. I also have the vitamin d and multivitamin a-z which is fantastic

Combined with castor oil, I can already see a difference in my hair. It’s been about two weeks and I haven’t suffered any nail breakage; a miracle. Great value for money and very small and easy to swallow. The only drawback would be that if you don’t swallow fast enough or let it stay in the water you’re swallowing, the pill will begin to dissolve in your mouth and the taste is a bit strong. I was concerned about developing a rash or breaking out as one of the common biotin side effects, but so far they’ve been very mild and manageable. I believe that’s a credit to accutane, for any potential buyers on accutane wondering. Overall, I think it’s a worthwhile product if you’re looking to grow your hair.

I used them while I was on keto and they helped me a lot in reducing the hair fall. I took this biotin along with some other multivitamins and to my surprise my hair grew even longer and thicker. I have finished one pack n going to order more. These are very small tablets so very easy to swallow and has no taste.

A very small tablet, once a day .and easy to swallow. I have just finished my first 3 month packet and I would say I started to notice a change between 2 to 3 months. I had very soft nails .. could grow them so far then i would break one and the others followed. I was using biotin shampoo and conditioner and noticed a great difference then saw these Lindens biotin tablets, read the packaging and ordered. Of all the things I have tried .. these have actually worked. Not perfect yet but I'm working on shaping them and by Christmas they should be about there! I've never bitten my nails but picked around them .. awful! I'm now determined to stop. I'm blown away that a small tablet can give me such great nails .. wish I'd known earlier!! Feels so good to have achieved beautiful, longer, nails. and so easily!!

As someone who has struggled with serious hair loss, I was amazed by these. I used to struggle with a condition where I had urges to pull my own hair out, leaving me with lots of hairs shorter than others and it was seriously affecting my confidence. Since taking these vitamins (about 3 weeks ago) the short hairs are now about half the length of my full hair. I haven't seen any improvement on my nails (probably because I bite them) but my skin is definitely looking clearer. I would definitely recommend these, 100%!

I personally don't like the way it packs, so easy to drop everywhere if not too careful. Regarding the result, it is a difficult question, I don't feel the difference to be honest perhaps my body don't need excess biotin or the does is not enough as I do take one a day for a couple of month now. Will try other product to feel any difference

My hair has grown a good couple of inches since I started taking these 6 months ago. Usually my hair just breaks off and I have to start growing it again, my hair hates me it seems, but I’ve had no breakage at all. My nails are also so long I keep scratching myself. Highly recommend!

Man merkt schon nach wenigen Tagen ein Ergebnis. Habe es bereits zum 2. mal bestellt. Ich empfehle es jeden weiter, der Probleme mit dünnen Nägeln oder langsam wachsendem Haar hat.

Dieses Produkt ist wohl nur aus Staubzucker, es hat bei mit keinerlei Wirkung. Hatte vorher ein anderes, war gut aber wie ich fand, zu teuer. Also: Billig taugt nix, muss jeder wissen! Habe wieder gewonnen - an Erfahrung.
