Bosch Professional 18V System Cordless Multi Cutter GOP 18V-28 (oscillation angle: 1.4°, without battery/charger)

Iv had the 12v one for years and still going! Wanted something with more power! And got exactly that ! Updated blade swap system 👌

For a long time I dismissed a multi-tool as superfluous, but helping out on a job one was reccomend to me. Initially I purchased a Makita 10.8v bare tool version as I found a good deal on one and already had batteries to suit. My original thoughts were wrong as it became a much used tool. I decided to upgrade to this Bosch unit as my day to day tools are 18v Bosch Professional, a very worthwhile upgrade. The quick change 'Starlock' system is a lot handier for tool changover and the increase in power when cutting and sanding is very noticeable as you might expect. I use a 4.0ah and 5.0ah battery and one is always charged ready to go before the other runs out. Overall very pleased with this tool.The attached photos show one handy use for this tool: cutting a redundant copper wateripe flush with the floorboards. A Fein 222 wood and metal blade was used and took about 25 seconds to trim it flush. Job done.

So far so good really really powerful considering battery powered at level 1 or 2 power sanding last ages, most people run the speed to high so gets to hot for the sand paper...advice keep it low level still stands just as well, cutting so simple I should of brought this multi tool months agoComparing this to other multi tools not as noisy more balanced less vibration more control it hard to explain why it feels so different.....brought a 5ah battery even better with higher powered batteryAll I can say you won't be disappointed I'm not......Upate after 4 months of heavy usage excellent + brought different Bosch attachments really worth the extra money

I have used Bosch Professional for years. They’re great tools. This is the second multi cutter I’ve ordered. When it arrived the tool was dirty, there was signs of use on the front and side of the tool. There were someone’s initials on the tool in the battery compartment and the stickers for the tool weren’t on straight. I have never encountered this on any other Bosch tool I have bought. I’ve returned it and will order again either from an authorised Bosch retailer or from Bosch direct. For the sake of an extra £18 I’d rather have the piece of mind I’m getting a new tool that arrives in new condition.

Great product extremely powerful I would recommend using it in speed setting 3 very light not heavy the first one I ordered had a scratch on the top(probably due to transport). I returned it and ordered another which worked just fine. Would be a five star I didn't have to return the first item

Very smooth, powerful, I think this great. Really well made easy to use.This is a bare tool so will have to factor in the cost of battery, unless like me you already have Bosch drills and things.

Now bought two both cut out under load.Been with Bosch 25 years..Time for Milwaukee think.

not that loud, quick change system is a dream saves a fair few minutes trying to change blades, super sturdy vairible speed and its right on the money.
