Not quite what I was hoping for.
I've been testing a number of these pre-packaged butter coffee products. To date, I haven't found one that I've liked better than making it myself with high quality MCT oil and unsalted kerrygold butter. I found this one to be barely ok, adding quite a strong taste of coconut, altering the flavour of the coffee significantly. It didn't help that I ordered the vanilla flavour, that was an error on my part. Won't be re-ordering this.

Check the date when you receive it
This is partially my fault because i did not look at the expiration date when i received the product. It was sent to me in march 2019 and it expired november 2018 so that is why i am writing a bad review and it is by no means worth 30$ it is not comparable to a bulletproof coffee

I like it

Going Back to the "Fat-Fuel Coffee" Powder
The taste is fine and the quality is great. But after trying it I have to agree with some of the other reviewers it was a challenge to get all the contents out of the pouch into the coffee. Even though the pouch is sealed I would want to place it in a double bag for travel. I can see this pouch getting punctured and ruining the contents of my bag. I am going back to the first product that I tried "Fat-Fuel Coffee-The only Keto Coffee with Grass Fed Butter" it is a powder, taste good mixes well and it's easy to pour the entire content into coffee or water and about the same cost. Plus with the powder fat fuel my appetite was controlled. The fatCoffee-didn't do that.

Not Bad IMO, After Trying Twice
This review is for the Vanilla flavored packets.Hmmm.... this is only the 2nd brand I've tried when it comes to "butter coffee". Now my usual dose of coffee in the morning is about 14 to 16ozs. I use organic sugar and a good amount of milk, both raw. I've tried this Vanilla Ghee twice so far, with the 1st time using less coffee, so it was closer to the instructions given. Packet instructions say to use 1 packet per 8oz of hot coffee or tea and to mix thoroughly, preferrably with a mixer or wisk. In my case I only use a spoon and stir a little longer.I didn't like it too much the 1st time I tried it, and this was before I added my raw milk. I really wanted to get all aspects of the flavor before adjusting things. I then added my milk & sugar, it still wasn't great, but I finished it all anyway.Today I tried things a little different. I made my normal amount of coffee, filled my mug with 2/3 of the way with coffee & added 1 packet, my usual amount of milk & sugar. This time around I liked it much better!! This is where the 4 stars come from. Oh! I also need to add... I added about 1tspn of Vanilla Bean Powder to my coffee grounds before brewing. I do like the subtle taste of Vanilla in my coffee from time to time & I thought it may help here too. This may be a contributing factor of why I liked it better this time. I don't think the Vanilla flavor is strong enough in the packet alone. One of the reasons for purchasing was the cost factor. Many similar products are a bit more pricey, but this one had all the minimum requirements of what I wanted. Organic, nonGMO, and the other great ingredients like Coconut Oil & MCT Oil... but what I'm pleasantly surprised by, this product is manufactured in my area, Philadelphia, PA.I will continue using this product at least twice a wk and have this on my Subscribe & Save on Amazon to knock off a little more on the price. I will also update if I find any changes either in the product or health benefits.I bought this from the seller "NinjaGoat", which I feel is important to list this info. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand.

Exceeded my expectations for travel BPC & In Carb Manager App Database!
I bought the NinjaGoat fatCoffee packets for an upcoming work trip. I make a beefy BPC at home that starts my day with 35g of fat, and have really struggled to duplicate this when I travel. I was excited to see reasonably priced packets I can travel with. These packets provide a nice 25g of fat, and I can typically find an extra pat of butter somewhere to toss in.When I received my package I discovered the packets were squishy at room temperature. This is perfect, since it means I'll be able to gracefully add these to a cup of hot coffee, without a lot of struggle. I've tried the BPC very expensive "brand name" powders and discovered that not only did they offer a measly 10-14g of fat, they clumped like mad.I trialed one packet at home before travel, to make sure it didn't taste awful. The contents of the packet squeeze into a cup of coffee with grace, and melt quickly. I didn't need to froth anything. The taste is mild and pleasing, and I love that there is no sweetener of any kind in this. (I got the vanilla.)One more amazing benefit: the NonjaGoat fatCoffee packets are also in the CarbManager database already, so I didn't have to add anything when tracking my macros! One thing I wanted to note regarding other folks' feedback: I have friends locally who are organic goat farmers, and sometimes they give their dairy goats a "fallow" period to rest. Being milkable means that the animals have to be in a regular cycle of pregnancy and birthing, which is really quite a challenging thing. I don't know for a fact that this is why some of the other flavors have been out of stock so long, but it might be that they were produced in very small batches and perhaps some of the goats are in a rest period. Production might be back in an uptick in spring or summer. Thanks again NinjaGoat, really love these packets!

We love it and will be back for more!
This was a totally new taste experience for us, and both my husband and I loved it! I got the chocolate one for him and the vanilla one for myself, and they are fab! Be prepared ahead of time though, as packets are not easy to open, and if you don't open VERY carefully, the liquid squirts out everywhere. We discovered this on the first package, but by the fourth had mastered tricks to gingerly opening and pouring without it going all over the place. Make sure you shake it thoroughly before attempting to open, as some of each package is more like a thick paste and won't come out of the package at all if it doesn't mix with the liquid before opening. We can tell by the ingredient list and taste that this is a superbly high quality product and look forward to trying all their other flavors! As a side note - I am not sure if this is connected to this product or not, but my husband and I have not gotten good sleep over a few nights, and were both feeling pretty fatigued. After drinking this two nights in a row, we slept better and had more energy, so perhaps something in this is good for that...not sure.

On the go!
I use these for travel and they work very well. I normally start my day with Bulletproof Coffee when I'm at home, but when I travel these are more convenient. I just need black coffee, a packet of FatCoffee, and a handheld blender and I'm good to go.I like that these have a solid amount of healthy fats, blend great, and taste decent. Granted, they don't taste amazing, but I am pretty picky. It might be the goat's milk that makes it taste a bit off for me. However, taste isn't as important as the benefits it provides. It's easy to stay in ketosis with these, or if you just want to start your day off on a good note and easily go without eating for hours. You can also add more fats in if you wish (maybe a little more MCT oil, or grass-fed butter). The important thing to know is that you really need to blend this in with the coffee to get the best results. Otherwise, the fats will rest on top of the coffee and it will be gross. Blend, blend, blend! And enjoy.

Need a better blender - but tastes fine and will work for travel
I purchased this product for an upcoming bicycle trip so I could get my morning 'fix.' I generally make my own at home with MCT oils, collagen, butter, whipping cream, and espresso using a small blender. Mine is better...but this will do fine for a couple of weeks on the road.I tried it today using a small frother and it did not blend up as nicely as it would in full power blender. It was mixed, but I did not get a frothy 'head.' The taste is okay, but I have to admit I tried it using a pack of Starbucks Via just to test the portability of it all and....well...Via isn't bad, but it's not fresh coffee or espresso. All in all, I'm pleased with this product and absolutely will be using it on my trip. Is it perfect? No, but I've never come across an 'instant' product that was. I'm happy to give this 4 starts.

Diet saver!!!
I was driving cross-country, and was very concerned about staying on my Keto diet. These packets saved me! I bought a $12 milk frother, and no matter where I was, I was able recreate my butter coffee, and stay in ketosis. The packaging can be a little frustrating at first, but I worked around it. In order to get everything out of the packet, I would first knead it to work the product out of the corners, then I’d pour a little of the coffee in, swish it around, and pour it out. That helped a lot. The taste is fantastic; I didn’t feel I was sacrificing anything for the convenience. If it was a little cheaper, I’d use it regularly, but I’m happy to have it on hand when I can’t have my full setup to make my coffee in the morning. Also, this is not sweet, and I like it that way, but FYI.

wonderful!
This is the best butter coffee I had ever had. I was hesitant to try Ninja Goat butter Coffee after a less than satisfactory experience with the original butter coffee. I am so glad I did try Ninja Goat, it is delicious! It makes a lovely emulsion that never separates, no matter how long it takes me to sip this delicious brew. It is a great coffee for a keto diet This coffee is rich, decadent and altogether delightful. The Mocha was out of stock so I add a bit a very good natural cocoa powder, a touch of sweetener, and viola, mocha! Perhaps the reviewer that called it "just oily coffee: didn't blend it long enough. Blended to a proper froth, this coffee is anything but oily. It has a lovely, smooth, rich mouth feel.

Camping Requirement
If you are a bulletproof coffee fiend, this is the answer! Used this on a recent camping trip and it blended beautifully in a stainless bottle. (Just shake the heck out of it!) Flavor is excellent. Even let a black-coffee-drinker try my fat coffee and he really enjoyed it. This supports a small business in PA. All around, a great product. We ordered this in the summer and when we got it, the packets were a bit greasy, but not so much that it was a leaking mess. We just put it in a plastic bag for carrying it. This will definitely be a requirement on all future travel adventures.

The smallest packet EXPLODING with AWESOMENESS!!!
WOW!!!! If you low carb, no carb or just want an awesome cup of Joe...you have to add this little packet that is exploding with AWESOMENESS!!!! The butter, milk, ghee, MCT oil and vanilla mix into hot coffee perfectly and as long as you stir/mix your coffee prior to drinking you won't have the oil slick on top, BUT honestly the oil slick that you may get when using this product is DIVINE so who cares! Tip: looking for a quick dessert, open package and enjoy.😁

Doesn't shake well.
The taste is fine, but I had to use more than 1 packet for my coffee. I used it to take on a cruise with me. The product details said no blending required that you could shake in a thermos. I took along a thermos with me for this purpose. It was very messy and the heat of the coffee caused a vacuum when shaking. This caused the coffee mixture to spew out of the top. The taste was good (Mocha is VERY chocolaty) but it was an oily mess when I tried to shake it. Too expensive to use for everyday and too messy to travel with.

I travel a lot for work and this has made it SO much easier for me to keep my macros in check. It gets through TSA without issue and makes life on the road a little more tolerable.
