Hiya , do you what it’s good , it’s never going to be as good as mains version but if you use a vac regular and keep the collection section clear it will do a pretty good job. I’ve been quite impressed with mine. Hope this helps

I have the same issue, work for a minute then stop indicating it requires a charge. I contactede Shark and they said the battery needs replacing, £70 it'll cost you. Now I'm really not happy about this as the vacuum doesn't work at all, no degradation of performance it just stops. So you are forced to either purchase anew battery or a new vacuum cleaner.

Q: I have small animals, would you say this hoover would be suitable because I know regular hoovers are too noisy which scares them.

Depending on how small, this machine is powerful and could suck them up. A great vac I don’t think it is too noisy.
