Rich, fiery, smokey. The best !
Adds that extra authentic touch to your Mexican dishes. The chipotle peppers are in a rich, smokey, fiery sauce. I used them as a main ingredient in pork tinga tortillas and was very impressed. It's always difficult to gauge the spice heat and these did not disappoint. They had quite a kick to them. The 7oz. Tin was just the right amount. Being about the size of a small tin of baked beans or sweet corn they are quite expensive but I thoroughly recommend and will definitely purchase again.

Nice addition to chili
Purchased these to add some flavour and kick to my chili as typically we cannot find much in variety in UK supermarkets when it comes to chilis. They are not too hot or too mild and the sauce is delicious. Will definately buy again.

Great for pork Al Pastor
Perfect for pork Al Pastor. Lovely smoky chilli smell as soon as you take the lid off. Loads of flavour, husband loved the dish I made with it. Will be buying more.

Use sparingly if you don't like too much heat. Fortunately for me they were fine
I purchased these for a specific recipe I wanted to try, and they were much needed to add to the flavour of the dish. My only advice is to order well before you intend to use them as they may take a couple or more days to arrive.
