is the waranty valid when you by thru amazon , some reviews indicate that it is not

I've been trying to get Zoeller Pumps too tell me if there's a problem with the warranty on Amazon purchased pumps. They have not responded. I started a return process, but if the pump is covered under warranty, I will cancel it.

I don't see any gpm. does any one know?

what is the lift rate limit, will it lift 11' vertical?

I do not know the actual lift rate -- My pump pumps up 9' then pump the water 150' away from the basement and when the water comes out the pressure is very strong!--JOE

Should the pump run all the time

no it should not run all the time it has a float that shuts it off when the pit is near empty. The float arm might be stuck if it doesn't stay up then it's time to replace
