I typically wear a medium in gloves, should I go with a medium with these as well?

I normally wear a medium as well and the fit is great. They are very tight and stiff at first but wash them a couple times and they loosen up

I am concerned about overheating while using these gloves in the summer on extended atv riding. how do they breath if they are waterproof?

Well, they are water resistant to an extent. Currently, using them at work and my hands do get hot after about the first hour or so and the temperature right now is in the high 70s. I’m assuming if your going to use them in temperatures greater then 90s you will definitely feel the extra heat trapped in your gloves. I build rail road tracks so I need protection more than anything. Overall, it’s a super tough glove, but that comes at cost due to the extra padding and layers.
