It does what it does
Its a volume adjuster. Rotate clockwise to increase volume and anti clockwise to decrease. Push down to mute. Has a nice blue light that does nothing. Rotating it feels nice and doesn't feel cheap. Has a nice weight on it. Connects via usb.

Cheap.
Absolutely tacky cheaply mate piece of sh*t! A pcb that must of cost best part of £2 if that in a case with weights stuck inside. I gave it 2 stars as at least if functions.
