Huge fan!
I am a huge fan of this product. It took some getting used to, but after a few packets I was used to the taste and texture. I don't use iodized salt, so this is how I get my iodine. It is also high in B12, which is a bonus for me. I would rather consume my dietary needs in their natural form, than as an additive. Anyways, I highly recommend this if you need to add iodine to your diet!

Love that they are plastic free, and are just more convenient to store at home. The bulky plastic packs take up so much space in the cubbard.
