This onesie is lovely and soft. The material is not thick, rather it's fairly thin which I didn't realise when I ordered it. It fits my recently 7yo granddaughter with no more room to grow, so she will not get much use out of it sadly. The design on the onesie is very pretty and my granddaughter loves it.Is it worth the money? Well that depends on why you want it. If you want a lightweight onesie for a young girl of standard height who is maybe 6yo then yes, it is a good buy.But if, like me, you wanted something to keep a 7yo warm in a cold house over a rough winter, then no, this will only be useful if there is another layer of clothes underneath it and a hoody blanket on top. Which is how I used it for my granddaughter.Merry Christmas to you and yours!
