I have a problem with one of the burners, the large one. The flame will light but would not hold. It seems like I have a problem with the thermocouple flame-out device. I followed the instructions given in the user manual but still the flame would not hold. The small burner is fine, no problem with it. I purchased the stove in October 2023 and sent it over to the Philippines. When I came home to the Philippines in February, 2024, I went ahead and installed the stove and use a regulator. Replaced the nipples for LPG propane. Please help me with this issue. NOTE:Please keep the knob switch pressed for six seconds to turn on the thermocouple flame-out failure divice system after ignition. If you release the knob directly after ignition, the gas stove will automatically extinguish the flame because the flame-out failure divice is not turned on.

Buyer beware.This cooktop is no good.It is known to be defective.The small burner does not work and our stove has a gas leak.When I called to get a refund they were quick to say they would refund me but they wanted me to send a picture.Apparently the email failed to send with my picture and my husband destroyed the cooktop as it is a risk to use.I also deleted that said photo from my phone as well as many others to make space on my phone so now I probably won't receive the refund without the picture.

The controls are straightforward, and you definitely don't need any engineering knowledge to just get it up and running. Just follow the instructions, and it's ready to use within a few minutes. The cooking performance was great as well. It heats up food and water surprisingly quickly and maintains a steady flame. I used it for a few different meals, and it handled everything without any issues. One of my favorite things about this stove how easy it is to bring it around. So the one burner didn't work out if the box and customer support was very well covered on all bases and offered some cash in return and suggest that it could be fixed at my own accord. considering this is a non returnable item,i was given some cash back Customer service was well responsive, professional, and a willingness to assist. The product assembly line needs to check the automatic flameout devices on both burners. A faulty automatic flameout device just doest keep your flame lit so just need it replaced If you do change these devices on your own accord wear gloves as sheet metal is sharp ar edges Overall even tho the product came faulty customer service was responsive and detailed.
