How long does the 2.2 kg bag last on the recommend amount?

If you are using 2 scoops a day the 2.2kg bag will provide 16 servings. If you are using 4 scoops a day it will be 8 servings. However, we do recommend that you start with just one scoop a day and allow your body to adjust before increasing the amount you take daily.

how many servings for the 2.7kg bag

Tbh,I'm not 100 % sure,it lasted me around 3 weeks,most bags usually recommend 2 scoops 1 in the morning,1 in the afternoon or evening.

About two years but I’d recommend not waiting thst long
