Betterware Telescopic Window & Conservatory Cleaner

This cleaner is easy to use and effective. The mop attachment get the water where it's needed, and is easy to remove from the device after use for rinsing out. The squeegee is easy to angle and pulls the water off the glass well. The telescopic handle is long enough to enable me easily to reach the back of the glass roof of our patio canopy; and the device is light enough that it's easy to manoeuvre.

As long as you accept that at this price you are not going to get the Rolls Royce of cleaning devices you will be fine. It is plastic, slightly flimsy and I won't be leaving it to my grand children in my will. It does, however, work ok. The telescopic function and locking mechanism is fine. It is lightweight but reasonably strong. With a little care it works fine and should last a little while.

Bought this to clean the inside of our glass conservatory roof. The microfibre cloth part is okay but you can’t squeeze it out so have to use your hands so as not to drip water onto the floor. The rubber blade just juddered when at an angle. Had to clean it by hand in the end. !!! Should have returned it.

I bought this product because I needed to clean my conservatory roof which it does very well. I get up on my step ladder with my hose and it doesn't take very long to get the job done. I dropped my previous conservatory cleaner off the roof and broke it, so I'm trying to juggle the hose and the new conservatory cleaner to make sure it doesn't happen again.

This item is terrible. After spending quite some time researching and reading user reviews I chose this one mainly due to the Betterware name. The blade supplied is not fit for purpose. After cleaning the window the blade leaves numerous streaky lines all down the window. The only positive thing is that the sponge side cleans the dirt off the windows but I could do that with a sponge.

I used this cleaner principally for our conservatory. I was able to reach all parts of the roof, due to the extended length of the cleaner and the angled head, which can be moved and fixed to deal with all shapes and sizes. It is excellent value for money and very easy to use.

The window cleaner is lightweight as advertised. I have Arthritis in my arms and shoulders but managed to clean upper windows quite easily. I did find the wiper blade a little difficult to use as the angle at which is attached could be better. On the whole I am pleased with the window cleaner and would recommend it; the extension length allows me to clean windows all around the house.

product does what it says, is lightweight and useful. not as robust as I would have hoped for as cleaning head can move around in use.
