Can I link more than one feeder to the same app account?

Yes, you can have multiple feeders to one account.

Es excelente no he tenido ningun problema con ella. Ya está programada para la horas que le quiero dar de comer a mis mascotas

How do you set the voice so it calls your pet - I cannot find any instructions on this - Thanks

If you want, you can set a routine on alexa so that each time it feeds, it will announce your pet's name. But the feeder does not have in built speakers.
