OMGTEA Organic Japanese Matcha Powder Ceremonial Grade AAA 30g

I've tried lots of matchas over the years, from cheap to high-end, and this is by far the best one. I've re-purchased it several times now. It tastes lovely, grassy and earthy. I really enjoy drinking this. Some matcha can be bitter and unpleasant and make me feel a little bit sick - not this one. Produces a nice thick foam (I use a milk frother) and a beautiful bright green brew. I can see why this won a great taste award. Also wakes me up much better than coffee, makes me feel alert without making my heart pound. The tin looks small, but it lasts a long time - one tin lasts me more than a month, and I drink matcha 4-5 times a week. So don't be put off by the price. Considering how good this tastes, it's very good value for money.

Probably one of the best brand Matcha’s I have tasted. Really smooth and has an almost sweet but earthy taste. Really impressed with my purchase. I’m drinking this Matcha daily and will definitely be purchasing more!

I bought this tea after reading an article in Prima magazine about the company & lady that started it. I've been drinking green tea for many years, way before it became fashionable or any heath benefits were on my radar, I just drink it because I like it & buy loose green tea, which I use most & bags for when out & about. I don't drink 'normal tea' or coffee, just green or tap water. The OMG T is very surprising as never used a powder before, not as easy as leaves or bags for sure, but got it right after the 1st couple of cups, just drank 1 cup a day in the morning. Very bright green & smells & tastes lovely, but I absolutely DID NOT feel any different from drinking it, was hoping for the energy boost people talked of, that didn't happen. 1 pot give you 30 cups but I have only done only 20 days (I have a 1/2 teaspoon measure & level it) & defiantly don't have enough in the tin for another 10 cups. Nice but honestly couldn't say i'd be able to recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time trying matcha, and I was honestly a bit worried about how it would taste. But to my surprise, it was really good! The flavor is smooth, not too bitter, and blends perfectly into a latte. I love how vibrant and fresh it looks, which shows its quality. Now, I’m totally hooked and will definitely keep using it! If you’re new to matcha like me, this is a great one to start with. Highly recommend!

Is got a nice flavor. but The can it comes in is so small. And it's half full. It's not worth the price.

I have tried various brands of matcha tea over over the past couple of years, having discovered and fallen in love with matcha during my trip to Japan in 2018. Grade AAA of this brand is fabulous and it is by far the best matcha I have been able to source online from the UK. For a start, it is genuinely bright green without recourse to Photoshop - something that many other matcha sellers disappointingly do. So with this one you are not gonna be disappointed about the colour. The taste is delicate and not bitter at all, yet it has a very authentic matcha flavour. It is at the same level if not better than some of the super expensive matcha teas I bought in Japan. Highly recommend. I am curious to try the highest grade matcha from this brand as it must be divine - that's on my to buy list.

I am a long term caffeine addict and have never found a satisfactory alternative. I hate the taste of most green and white teas and they just don't cut it in terms of energy boosting. This one is a revelation - I don't know if it's down to the purity but it makes me feel fantastic; alert and energetic but not jittery. I've also dropped a fair bit of weight which must be either the tea or cutting down on coffee as I haven't changed my diet. Doesn't taste amazing but it is way more palatable than most brands and the results outweigh any slight bitterness. It does settle a little at the bottom of the cup but I keep topping up my cup with hot water all day - so a little goes a long way. Great product.

Mixing half a teaspoon of powder into a paste isn't as easy as it sounds. It's a tiny amount and it becomes very grainy. I've tried a few cups now and I'm very disappointed in the flavour, it's quite "yuk" Also even tho I whisked with my tiny battery powered whisk, it does go frothy, but there's loads of grains left in bottom of cup of tea. You have to swill it round before each sip!! It tastes better with a bit of oat milk, but I really wanted it to be nice without. It's also a bit metallic tasting which has nothing to do with my kettle!! Won't buy again.

Me llego con menos sobres. Lo deje pues queria probarlo y estaba y esta agotado . No esta mal lo bueno es que ya tiene la dosis si lo vas a tomar fuera de casa.

È un formato molto comodo e si scioglie facilmente anche con mezzi di fortuna, del resto l’ho acquistato per usarlo fuori casa. Non è di qualità top ma rimane piacevole al palato, erbaceo e non troppo tannico. Prezzo ottimo. La scatolina è di un bel cartoncino spesso, potrebbe essere un bel regalo.
