Dr Johnson Childrens Head Lice Repellent Leave In Conditioner Spray 150ml

My daughter caught lice back in the summer and despite near constant treatments we just couldn't shift them, almost every weekend was spent shampooing and combing, and of course myself and her poor little sister (3) kept catching them too, it was awful. I bought this in November and our house has been lice free ever since, until last week when I ran out and sent the kids to school without their morning dousing. After TWO DAYS I noticed my daughter scratching, she'd caught them again. I've concluded this stuff is the only thing standing between us and constant infestation, her class must be absolutely crawling with them 😷 It does smell strong but then I use loads, and the smell fades throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Got this back in May this year, I spray some on my son's hair every morning before school and brush it through. Since May we've had no breakouts in lice, we've had the ocassional 1 or 2 that we've spotted on his head but never more then that! This stuff is great, can't reccomened it more as before we used this he was coming home every week with catching them and passing them on to myself (I have very thick hair so it was a nightmare for the both of us!). Worth the money. Still got about 20% of the bottle left after 6 months :)

Seems to work better than any other repellent spray. Nitty Gritty was our choice but after 6 years of buying it every term and finding it effective it stopped working for us. Smells more than Nitty Gritty spray but it isn't overpowering. No nits since we used this. One gripe - the top wasn't tightly fastened so a fair slosh of ours had leaked into the packaging. Small, clear top so throw this away and/or keep the bottle on a high shelf if you have a baby/toddler in the house or face losing the top in the morning dash to school and then spending ages looking for it to avoid a choking incident.

Just about to purchase my second bottle as the first one is only running out now after being used for one year on my two girls. No “itchy bugs” in this house so highly recommend this spray. Packaging wasn’t great as the bottle doesn’t have a lid so any pressure in transit caused it to spray a little! Smells fairly strong on first application but settles quickly and the kids are well used to it now. All in all worth the money in my opinion!

Blooming stinks! Not sure if it works. Used it on my kids and don’t think it made much difference but there was the odd day we forgot to use it.

It's ok. Strong tea tree smell which doesn't bother me but may be overwhelming if you're sensitive. It hasn't done the trick to keep the headlice at bay and the spray nozzle is incredibly messy and drippy. A few drops of pure lavender oil diluted in plain tap water in a spray bottle finally did the trick!

Brilliant product try not to use every day other wise they get used to it

This solution arrive promptly and in good packaging, the smell of this product is not too strong and has made a massive difference due to my children always getting lice at their school. The lifespan of this product is great too. My wife is using it every couple of day on all 3 of our children and has plenty left for repeated issues. Great value for money and great seller to work with no hassle
