Are there supposed to be two sticker pads in this box?

The stickers are in the middle of the colouring book. You can stick them on the colouring pages to help children know what colours they could use

How do I get a replacement lid? Upon receipt of crayola tub as a present for my daughter the lid was snapped and broken
