what's the size of the opening? how easy is it to stick your hand/a sponge in to clean the interior?

I could stick my hand in the flask to wash it. My wrist is only 6.5 inches around. A sponge and a washing up brush should quite easily.

Is it shakeproof? Can you shake liquid contents without spillage?

I guess so as long as you secure the screw top. I just tried mine for you with water and it's fine. Hope that helps

Is the flask rated for 8 hours or 24 hours? The title and description do not agree.

if the description is read properly it says 8 hours for hot and 24 hours for cold

does this really hold a litre? I need something to keep a soup base in for a market I do. I don't suppose theres a larger than 1 litre size? I'd also like to know how easy it is to clean. Thank you

Sorry this is so late, I have been away. The Can holds 1 liter easily and is very easy to clean. Not sure whether they do bigger ones
