Delicious sambal
We love this sambal. The shops here in the UK don't sell it but our Amazon order always arrives in one piece and is the genuine article. I love that this sauce is just made from chilis and nothing else. Tastes great mixed with mayo too.

Great quality Sambal
I have been looking for a Sambal Oelek that has similar flavour and texture to Asia and this is the best I have found in terms of both. Many of the other I found to be top runny or tasted not quite right. This sauce is perfect and works with almost any food.

Tasty Chilli Paste:)
This is what I was looking for. I couldn't find a Chilli Paste anywhere. There is no replacement at shops, even at the Asia Shop.A proper Sambal Oelek Chilli Paste. The consistency could be a bit thicker but it's great anyway. The jars could also be a bit bigger, e.g 500g.I love the taste of this paste, like to add it to everything, starting from sandwiches and ending at spaghetti sauce;)

Excellent product - great spread on pizzas!
Nice and fiery with a great taste. Would recommend to anyone who likes spicy-hot food.(If you can get the 750g size jars go for them too and let me know where from!)

A lovely spicy paste which lasts a long time
I normally used this paste for chicken/turkey dishes and in marinades. Difficult to obtain in the shops and I was concerned about the shelf life on buying 6 jars. However, these had life of about 1 year, and as i always give away 2 to my family this was fine.I believe that all food products on Amazon should quote the expiry date - most disappointing that this does not appear in product details. Needs to be addressed.

This really is top quality,useful in all kinds of cooking and as a condiment,reminds me of the 4 years I spent in Holland in the late 70"s.cant buy in English Supermarkets now so I buy it once a year on Amazon.

Best Chile Ever!
I have been using Conimex Sambal Oelek regularly for 20 years, ever since living and working in the Far East. Was sad when the Supermarkets stopped stocking it (don't know why) Now have to get it online. It has a great flavour and no additives or sweet tomatoey taste like other brands The only criticism I would have is that in the last couple of years there have been far more seeds in ratio to paste and this does make it less pleasant.( Maybe Conimex would like to comment on that? )
