Maxxis is without the doubt one of the best tyre brands in MTB imo. Great grip and good looking tyre. I can confirm that the tyre measurements are 27.5 x 2.3. Having spent less than 30 quid, I'm well happy. Sending it :)

Grips great, just very draggy.
Really good tyres, the grip is very good but the downside is they are a bit draggy and don't role to well when put up against a tyre with less rolling resistance. Obviously you can't always have great grip and super fast rolling in one tyres.

So far so good
Im no MTB pro... I just got a decent hardtail to cycle to work... got this to replace my front tyre after 4000+ road miles... Schwalbe nobby nic... My main goal is grip in corners at speed downhill/all weather and puncture prevention. This seems pretty heavy duty and serves the role well, I may get the DHR II for the back at some point.

Great MTB tyres
Night for my new Hunt wheels on my Whyte 130SR. In 27.5 and 2.3 size and 60dpi these are excellent multipurpose tyres for £25/27. The 2.4 120dpi are £50-60 which are even better but not sure double the price? Highly rated on all websites.

Agarre y calidad
Envio El envio fue rapido y a tiempo. Venía embalado en una caja de cartón y con la etiqueta identificativa de maxxis, indicando modelo, tamaño etc. Montaje Montada tubeless con liquido joes en una llanta de 28mm de ancho interno. El neumatico talono a la primera y no hubo fuga de aire en cuanto se le dieron un par de vueltas para realizar el sellado. Comportamiento Espectacular, tanto en zonas secas como humedas, en caminos con tierra suelta o pedregosos. Vengo de usar Schwalbe y tengo que decir que estoy muy sorprendido tanto con el agarre como por lo bien que ruedan. Al bajar presiones sobre 1.5bar (para mis 75kg) se nota un agarre bestial, sobre todo en zonas pedregosas, sin embargo no he notado incremento de resistencia al rodar. Conclusion Lo he emparejado con una agressor detrás y estoy muy satisfecho con la dupla. Repetiré sin duda.

Favoloso in quasi tutte le situazioni
Pneumatico davvero notevole : aderenza eccellente, guidabilità molto precisa e una grande robustezza fanno di questo pneumatico la miglior scelta per chi ama l'MTB "avventurosa" ... Ideale infatti per il Free Ride e ancora meglio l'All Mountain per le sue doti sia in salita CHE IN DISCESA !!! Il senso di sicurezza che dà in discesa è davvero molto alto !!! Fra l'altro anche facilissimo da montare anche sui cerchi Tubeless ...Data la non eccezionale scorrevolezza lo sconsiglierei per il Cross Country più corsaiolo ... Infatti fa perdere qualcosa in termini di velocità in salita ...
