Great product and value for money. Evre (as seller) were excellent. A minor defect was remedied quickly and efficiently. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Evre again.

This grill is easy to assemble, sturdy, and simple to operate. The smoker box is a fantastic addition for adding flavor, and the cooking results rival those of much more expensive premium models. However, the material durability is a concern. Despite using a cover, I’ve noticed rust in heat-affected areas after only six months. Additionally, one burner cracked; I was disappointed to find this isn't covered under warranty, as it's considered a "consumable" part, costing £40 to replace. While customer service was prompt, their ability to help was limited by these warranty policies. It’s a solid upper-mid-range grill, but be prepared for some maintenance costs.

Its okay. Still putting it together so have not tried it yet. Big test this weekend. Its far from heavy gauge, robust build as expensive BBQs so dont expect the same. Lengthy instructions, do'able but allow plenty of time to read carefully. Annoying had to order the regulator from others. The big issue was delivery. NOT next day. Was told to expect two parcels but had one part next day as expected however the second part the following day after chasing round to find out. Online Amazon just said we had had delivery. Delivery partner didnt follow instructions so dont order expecting next day no issues and ignore the idea they will call before it arrives. The contact chatbot and online typical questions was a complete waste of time as it kept us going round in circles as we tried to track where the second parcel was. Very frustrating and had to resort to Amazon call back. First call got through but was cut off second call the chap tried his best but really could only email the seller and provide supportive sentiment. Post weekend BBQ, the unit looked part, so much so one of our guests ordered one on the spot. All worked well for a large garden party only working issue was the grease trap, which was full within a really short time so you will to keep an eye on the grease catcher. We had to use a larger grease pot in the end. Ready for the summer now, bring on the sun.

This is a well designed and manufactured bbq only let down by poor instructions. This makes assembly a bit tricky and time consuming in places as the diagrams are not clear. Once assembled the bbq is sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. The burners light easily and can be controlled to reduce heat. It’s easy to clean and should last well.

BBQ came very well packed and not damaged. I took care with checking off all the supplied items against the parts list before assembly. It took me 3 hours to complete the assembly, but I took my time to get it right 1st time. I ordered the gas regulator, hose and cover at the same time as ordering the bbq, plus I bought a gas canister from my local supplier so I was ready to go as soon as I finished the assembly. The bbq worked very well and cooked the food quickly, I prefer to sear chicken and chops over the flame and then cook indirectly on a lower temp using the outer burners and with the lid down. I will continue to use my Weber for cooking large joints of meat (fore rib of beef Christmas Day) but the gas grill is perfect to just cook a couple of steaks or fish etc. mid week. It is very convenient so will be used regularly throughout the year.

Arrivato prima del previsto. Venditore ottimo, che ha accolto la mia richiesta di avere le istruzioni in italiano, spedite per vie brevi in tempi brevissimi. Montaggio un po' macchinoso, ma tutto ok. Aggiornamento. A distanza di un anno dall'acquisto, posso confermare che è fantastico. È vero che si intravede qualche punto di ruggine nei punti poco raggiungibili nella pulizia, ma è abbastanza normale. Non capisco le recensioni negative, perché se pulito dopo ogni utilizzo, conservato in maniera ottimale, va che è una meraviglia
