Doesn't give a huge amount of support. Guess it would reduce very flabby bits, but my bits are firmer and it makes little or no difference. I've kept it because I couldn't be bothered to send it back and guess I will use it from time to time as it gives a bit of a smoother look. Have ordered another type of body shaper though for more support.

This is the best Shapewear I have found, I bought a size up for comfort, it is perfect for giving you a great silhouette under long dresses etc. It fits lovely under the bra giving you an even better look. I did not want anything that made you feel too squeezed in which this Shapewear doesn’t. It’s very comfortable to wear. Does exactly what I wanted.

It fits fine and pull everything in. the problem is the noise it makes when you are walking and rubbing your thigh together. Dead give away!

I know these are meant to be tight but after a full day these feel very constricting and it's a relief to get them off!
