What do the colors mean?

They don't mean anything but if you share a shower with roommates/family that use these as well it's easier to differentiate whos is whos

Is this a washcloth or a mitt?

Well it is a washcloth but there is space to put your hand inside like a mitt.

Are these reusable and washable in the laundry? If so, how many times can you use it?

Save your money, I think there’s about 4 in the package. They are very thin about the size of a gauze pad. I tried wrapping one around a small piece of soap but it wouldn’t work. Don’t worry about putting one in the washing machine as they couldn’t make it through one shower without falling apart. Use a regular wash cloth and you will save money and get clean + it’s reusable.

Do you use this wet or dry on damp skin?

You get the mit wet, then use it on wet skin. It is to harsh to use on dry skin.
