Safety 1st Rapid Read 3-In-1 Thermometer, Aqua, One Size

We have 7 or 8 of these around the house. It is FAST (great when you have kids), accurate and very easy to use. The big temperature readout is good when you don't have your glasses on or at night. Quality is excellent - we have had these for 3 years before we needed a new battery. Battery is easy to change.

Definitely get the rapid read! I had a 30 second read and it seems like an eternity when you're waiting for it to register the temp. Super easy to use and very accurate.

I originally purchased this thermometer from a local store when my child was an infant. It works so well and has held up over the years. My child is now eight years old and I purchased a second one from Amazon because of how amazing they are I wanted to have two so when I go on vacations with my kids, I can bring one along, it is super fast and super accurate. I have never had good luck with the forehead, thermometers or ears thermometers. They are never accurate under the tongue. This thermometer is extremely accurate. When my son was an infant we did under the armpit and it was also very accurate. I highly recommend this.

Battery that came with it was dead, pulled out clear tab and nothing.

You get a quick read off this thermometer which is great because kids aren’t patient (especially when they’re sick). I lost the instructions so I can’t figure out how to turn off the beep noise lol but I know there is a way… you can change from Fahrenheit to Celsius easily. The display lights up which is helpful. The battery it came with died pretty quickly for me but it’s cheap and easy to replace. Overall great for kids.
