Best cookbook Iโve ever owned!
Chris and Micah hit it out of the park with this cookbook! The best diet on the planet for healing the body and then maintaining a healthy one for life is the whole food plant based diet. Love this so much!!
This is just a wonderful resource to have in your kitchen if you are wanting help make your body an anti-cancer friendly environment. I've followed Chris Wark's eating protocol for over 4 years and can attest it is based on tons of research. This book is filled with lots of helpful tips and information and simple, doable, repeatable recipes. And did I say delicious?! I love all of the suggestions for veggie bowls and much, much more. In the section on prevention, there is a recipe for No-Bake Peanut Cacao Cups. I am making these for Christmas gifts. They were actually gifted to me because I had gifted this book to the giver. However, I was sure what she gave me must have come from a recipe that would not be something I could eat, because they looked so decadent. When I ask her about them, she told me they were from this cookbook - blown away. Unbelievable, melt-in your mouth good (she did add a tiny bit of pink flake salt on top)! Thank you, Chris and Micah for all of your hard work to make this book possible.

Beat Cancer Recipe Book
I have watched his cancer series and wanted to get this book when my friend was diagnosed with c*. The fun recipes are simple and can be used by anyone, anytime! For something quick, try the veggie bowl section, and you will want to try the rest of the book!

Delicious Dishes Good For You
This is a great beginner's cookbook with yummy recipes and gorgeous food pictures. I was disappointed that there were not more mains and salads included, or even clean desserts. I plan to cook from this nice book soon, and feel good knowing there are no bad ingredients listed. I hope Chris writes more cookbooks with more recipes and MEAL PLANS.

You are what you eat
No time like now to start eating healthy and cut out food (and drinks) you know you probably shouldn't be ingesting! I never imagined I would be diagnosed with the big "C" but decided to change the things I could, and give everything else to God. The meal prep does take longer than processed or fast-food, but anything worth doing is worth doing correctly! We love the meals so far, and my wife admits to feeling stronger and better as do I. Eating healthier helps give your body what it needs to improve your immunity to fight for you. I love all Chris Warks books, and I recommend them, especially this cookbook!

Uses American measures and terminology.
Don't bother buying this if you are not American. All the quantities are in American measures with no metric equivalents given apart from a so-called conversion chart at the back of the book. When you are ill with cancer you really don't have the energy to faff around with that. The same is true for the names of a lot of the ingredients. A glossary would be helpful.

This Cookbook will NOT Disappoint
I canโt wait to try almost every one of these recipes!!! The ingredients used are typically easy to obtain, the recipes are simple to make and are very conducive to meal prepping ahead of time. I am almost always disappointed by cookbooks, but not this one. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I am not easily impressed, but this one impresses me! Along with fresh, wholesome ingredients, the herbs and spices used contain some serious flavour as well as healing properties! Newly diagnosed, this will be my constant go-to as I pursuing healing and health!

Great cookbook
This is the best cookbook I have ever owned! I love that the recipes are super healthy and taste delicious. I own a lot of vegan cookbooks but this is by far the healthiest and easiest to cook from. Thank you!
