Most people don't get enough fiber. I take 5 of these every single day, they aren't horse pills they are easy to take. This is the best way I've found to get extra fiber without having to drink a gritty drink mix. Helps keep me regular and benefits heart health. Lasts me a long time for the money.

So I find myself struggling of late with a trouble I thought only befell my elders which suggests, perhaps, I have joined them without realizing it! This product has nearly (if not entirely) resolved my troubles at least in the bathroom department anyway. And saved me from mixing endless cups of foul tasting fiber beverages. Other than needing to modify the recommended dose and a trial and error getting to what was optimal for me (3 pills/3 times a day) things have been just dandy. And as far as cost and value goes, from my search of similar products, this is about as good as it gets! Hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to me (digestive trouble on a budget!)

Overall, not a bad product, but not a great value. I have been using another brand of soluble fiber and wanted to try this one since it was about 35% less expensive for the same number of servings. I was surprised at how small the jar was and even more surprised at how small the scoop was. When I looked more closely at the nutrition label, I saw that although the ingredients were very similar to the other brand of fiber supplement I had been purchasing, the amount of fiber per serving was 1/2 as many grams of fiber and 1/2 the recommended daily allowance of fiber in this brand. In other words, the service size of this brand is 1/2 the serving size of the other brand, so although both brands have 30 servings bet jar, you’re actually getting half as much fiber in each jar and half as much per serving. That makes this brand significantly more expensive than the other brand based on the amount of dietary fiber per serving.
