My favourite hot sauce by far. Has a nice flavour!!!

Got this hit sauce in Belize on honeymoon. 10 years ago and have been buying it off amazon ever since, absolutely love it, perfect amount of heat off it. Can't eat anything without it, so tasty

Biggg flavour! Heat that is hot but manable. best of both worlds! this is the pinnacle of hot sauces. one of the best for thoes that like heat but also good flavour. not mad mad hot but hot enough with a flavour to match which is missing from alot of hot sauces. go for it!

Good heat without overpowering the fruity flavour from the peppers. A little on the expensive side but dont need a lot per serving. Definitely my new favourite hot sauce

This is the second bottle to arrive damaged this week: the rather fragile white plastic bottle cap was smashed and was only held in place by the shrinkwrap plastic. Some sauce had leaked out but only a very small amount so I'm just going to keep the sauce in a small Kilner bottle I have. As regards the sauce itself I would not describe it as particularly hot but it has a nice flavour and can be sloshed onto anything without fear of overpowering the dish. Think of Tabasco without the very vinegary taste. Update: in hindsight this sauce is actually quite mild and I used the whole bottle in three or four days. I subsequently bought three bottles of El Yucateco xxx Habanero sauce which is much more satisfying, having a good kick and also a lovely smoky flavour. A reviewer suggested the habaneros are roasted before mashing. Try this if Marie Sharp's is too tame for you!

Propably one of the best commercial hot sauce I have ever tried. Quite balance, not overwhelming. Think of Tabasco with hotness that you really feel, and a bitterness that is really bitter

This stuff is quite simply the best hot sauce I've ever tasted. It's not the hottest, although it packs a good heat. It never overpowers though, leaving the other flavours of the sauce free to come through. It's delicious!

This sauce is great, no oil in this product and the addition of a carrott base with the Habaneros makes it great hot sauce. By far the best.

Fell in love with this during a trip to Belize a few years ago, where it was on almost every table (similar to how ketchup is on every table in USA). But this is so tasty on so many different foods. Not too hot, just a nice blend of spices to enhance your meal!

デスソースのような激辛感はありませんが、タバスコのように酸味が強いわけでもなく、 ちょうど良い辛さが良いです。 何にでも合いますが、ピザ・タコス・サラダ・フライ・ハンバーグ・ポテト・グリルチキン… 肉やチーズ系との相性はバチバチにサイコーです！ 最近はAmazonでの販売が少なく、転売価格が多いのが残念ですが、 モノ自体はとてもオススメです。

中南米を旅してきた知人に紹介された商品です。 カリブ海に面した、中米の小国ベリーズが原産国ということで、あまり知られていない国の商品ですが、知る人ぞ知るといったもので、ハマる人たちの間では結構人気商品になっているのを知りました。 デパートの食料品・調味料コーナーや大手スーパーの棚に無く、店員に聞いても要領をえなかった「マリーシャープス ハバネロソース」でしたので、本サイトにあったのは「灯台もと暗し」でした。送料無料ですので何よりです。 期待通りの味わいと辛さでした。タバスコほど酸っぱくなく、原材料の野菜のもつ旨みが感じられました。ピザ、パスタ、パンには当然合いますし、サラダにかけてもいつもと違った味わいを得られると思います。肉料理には当然合うでしょうし、魚介類へ試しても良いかもしれません。 本商品はラインナップの中では中辛ということで、辛さを少し押さえているようですが、私にはこの辛さで十分満足しました。原材料の唐辛子（レッドハバネロ）、にんじん、玉ねぎ、にんにく、ライム、食酢、食塩等の味わいを感じながら利用しています。次はよく作るパスタの隠し味として使用するつもりです。
