Callebaut Cocoa Powder CP-777 is the best cocoa power we have tasted. However the 11 pound bag, may be more than you need, nevertheless it last only a year for us. We feel that it's #1 rating in Cook's Illustrated is well deserved. Just receive another 11 lb. bag of Callebaut Cocoa Powder CP-777 from Worldwide Chocolate, after trying a few other cocoa powders while waiting for this shipment, the other pale in comparison. Topnotch Cocoa Powder, bargain price
If you can afford to buy 5kg/11lbs of Cocoa powder at once, this is the way to go. Buying in bulk brings the cost down to below $10 a pound for what Cooks Illustrated rates the best cocoa powder for baking (and I agree). I usually sell a few pounds to friends so it's not sitting around too long, but you'll be blown away by the rich smell when you open the bag....

Quality not good
Not the same product that i got from a restaurant supply store..Very dissappointed bec i cant return it for i sent it overseas...I wont recommend this for the price,its basically a loss

Not enough chocolate flavor
Does not have the bitter chocolate taste I am fond of. Need for adding sugar or flavoring greater than other unsweetened cocoa powder.
