Are these slip on or do I have to tie the laces?

They have laces which you need to tie, 5hey are not slip on

Are these skechers wide fit?

They're not advertised as such but I do have wide feet, bought my normal size 5 and they fit really well. I now have five pairs of Skechers trainers and find them all to fit really well in the width.
