I purchased the Greysteel gaming chair six months ago and have been extremely disappointed with its quality and durability. Firstly, the chair started creaking after just a few weeks of use, which was incredibly annoying and distracting during gameplay. Despite trying to tighten the screws and lubricate the moving parts, the creaking persisted.Additionally, the chair has become increasingly uncomfortable over time. The seat padding has compressed, making it feel like I'm sitting on a hard piece of plastic rather than a cushioned chair. The armrests have also lost their padding and now feel hard and uncomfortable.To make matters worse, the chair's build quality is extremely poor. One of the armrests has actually broken off completely, leaving me with an unstable and wobbly chair. Overall, I would not recommend the Greysteel gaming chair to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable gaming chair. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality option.

It is really awesome product which I am using since 1 year I didn't noticeed any complaint of this chair it is really good and fantastic gaming chair.

It is very comfortable, I have been using it for 3 months, and got it installed by the company tech team immediately once it is delivered

The fabric instead of pu leather is a nice touch, and all over feels high quality. They also provide assembling which should also be noted.
