Good Quality for the priuce.
I am giving them a 5 for the price very good. I was plane spotting and at 39000 feet you could see the markings on the aircraft. Good grip and lightweight and easy to focus on objects. Took a little bit to set up but pleased overall. Objects appear very clear and plenty of light coming through so objects are clear. Easy to fit into my small rucksack for transport.

Celestron quality have me coming back time and time again...
These are a Christmas present for the father-in-law, his old 20x50 bins broke so we had no need to worry about what to buy him this year. After I purchased the Celestron 25x70 skymasters for myself, I knew Celestron would be the brand I would go for again, and they did not disappoint. Upon arrival, naturally I had to crack them open and give them a whirl before they go on to their new home & they did not disappoint, crystal clear images right from the off, great magnification, 50mm aperture allows floods of light through & comes with a neck strap, cleaning cloth, lens covers and carry case. Great sturdy binoculars, they ooze build quality, very comfortable to hold, although I do recommend upgrading the neck strap at some point, but that is not a complaint! They're not too heavy either so can be held for sustained periods of time. I read a lot of reviews of Celestron binoculars turning up to customers out of collimation, but both pairs I have received so far have been perfectly collimated upon arrival & I will be purchasing a pair of 10x50's for myself too for bird watching & I have no worry of them turning up out of collimation. If you're looking for binoculars then I highly recommend Celestron themselves, unless of course, you want ultra-superior quality then I recommend you go pay silly money.

Good value for the price.
I would not normally buy binoculars without first trying them out. There are so many bad items being sold as "high powered" etc. However, due to being stuck at home and with a tempting price I took a risk and bought a pair (20x50). I wanted a light weight pair for overseas visits but cannot afford a top quality item. I am pleased with my purchase. You do not get a wide view but, as I focus on small areas (aircraft registrations), they do the trick. They are not the best money can buy but are great value for the price. Please be wary that many of the previous reviews do not relate to the 20x50 version.

Recognised brand, good price, good quality, good zoom!
I wanted something 20x zoom than my 10x bins. There are always the lower-priced and unknown brands available but have mixed reviews. I think I've learnt my lesson now with these brands and try to get something that is known for their speciality. The picture is clear, seems much more detailed and would say they seem 20x zoom. The eyepiece seems small and not as wide as my usual bins. Unsure if this is to compensate for the larger zoom or if I have just ordered a smaller set of bins, hence the lower price? I'm not an expert! It doesn't bother me though as the zoom is great. My friend explained that you shouldn't buy bins over 10x zoom as the image won't be steady and you can focus. I didn't understand what he meant but I understand now. As you have zoomed in so much, any movement is so exaggerated. I'd recommend a tripod but even so, you can see what you are looking at and my blue tits are much clearer.

Basic
You get what you pay for. The unit seemed robust and well made for the price but the clarity was not to the standard I wanted. Not necessarily the product's fault as seemed good for the price but I am now willing to pay more for that " little extra". So returned - thus unable to comment on durability but would expect it to be OK. Lighter than expected and better than some budget units I have come across.

Good focus at high zoom
I owned a Celestron G2 10-30 zoom binoculars and while they were great with sharp, bright image at lower zoom, they were harder to focus at high zoom. I found that the diopter setting had to be changed every time i used them and that was so frustrating... and other reviewers have mentioned this as well. This was a shame because if the diopter wasnt a problem these were the best budget zoom binoculars i've tried, beating the Nikon Aculon 8-24 and the Pentax 8-16 for brightness at higher zoom although to be fair the Nikon and Pentax are very compact. So anyway i purchased the G2 20x50 and they also have a brighter image at 20x zoom and importantly the diopter only has to be set once. The 20x50 are sharp and clear and a bargain.

so they seem to be good all-round binoculars
Very sharp images of the Moon and Jupiter (the latter as a bright pin-point with moons visible). Also more detail on the Orion Nebula than I can see with the naked eye. I can see crisp, clear images of birds in my garden, at ten metres away too, so they seem to be good all-round binoculars. Not particularly heavy, but even so, the magnification does make it difficult to keep the image steady, so I've bought a cheap tripod and binocular adapter for stargazing. The attachment is at the front, behind a screw-off cap bearing the Celestron brand. There were no manufacturing defects and it arrived in good working order. After two weeks, these bins appear to be great value for money

Worth it
Tho bit confusing at first when I get the hang of it, it feels nice and the material it is made in adds good feeling, the view is what I expected, not sharp but sharp enough, the carrier and stuff coming in with it (microfibre cloth and strap) was good. Not a 5 star because the view is not perfect, the magnification I trust being 20 and aperture 50, I use it a few times, doesn’t disappoint
