Great Price - Great Jet Washer
First things first any review has to be based upon price. Clearly if you shell out more you expect more and of course higher quality. This jet washer sits at the more value orientated end of the market so I didn't expect industrial standards of manufacture. But, it's pretty damn good despite the low price. Which was under £200 when I bought it I may add. When you get this there is a bit of frame assembly to be done - nothing major. Allen keys are supplied if you don't already have a decent set yourself. No oil in the unit as it is new and box fresh. Instructions say SAE 30 oil - which is essentially bum basic motor oil. Takes about 3/4 of a litre to fill it. I had some good quality 10/40 oil in my garage and used it. I'll dump the oil after it's had a couple of hours use and then replenish it. As the engine is brand new, that's always a good idea.I expected an instruction manual that was a literal translation from Chinese and thus unreadable but, I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite well put together and entirely sensible and useful.Initial impression is highly favourable. It appears well made and robust enough for general use. It's quite heavy so beware if you have back problems or are blessed with pipe cleaner arms. The high pressure hose is long enough to be properly usable which is good. The bad side is that any HP hose that's long is a bit of a pain to coil up again. The pump suction is fitted with the standard plastic screw on garden hose male end so you can simply pop on your watering hose. Make sure you put the water on and activate the jet without the engine running to bleed through any air and to make sure the water pistons are primed to save the seals.Starting is easy even from brand new. Fill with petrol - and it's a generous tank - choke, speed and switch on. Pull chord start . It started second pull from new which was pretty good. You have the choice of five easy fit nozzles for various jobs. The description is on the jet wash frame and they are colour coded so it would be hard to make a mistake choosing the correct option. In use this jetwash is very good with a great pressure and decent flow rate. Primarily I got this for cleaning my lower drive which collects earth leaves and debris resulting in moss growing in the porous tarmac. Using my small electric jet wash it takes an age to clean off hence my purchase of this. Which I did after borrowing my neighbours one which is the same. He was also very impressed for the money and has used his for close on two years without any problems.Bottom line is that this is a really good machine for the money, It has high performance and is well enough made for general home use and I'm sure that it will last me a few years if treated with respect. Top value for money.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRESSURE WASHER
******DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ******...it's absolute rubbish and isn't worth £200It's difficult to start from cold and ever harder to hot startI had mine about 6 months and had used it approx 6-8 times and the hose burst. Parkers wouldn't replace it. I had to purchase a new hose at a cost of £20+ p&p.On numerous occasions I've attempted to wash my car only for the pressure washer to refuse to startYesterday (17th July), after having it for 13 months and approx 25 uses, the starter cord snapped whilst I was attempting to start it. Parkers won't replace it and have basically said it's nothing to do with themParker Products have no contact telephone number and their Customer Service and After Sales is shocking. They are total cowboys and best avoided...read some other reviews, but the complaints are pretty consistent. I only wish I paid attention to them before my purchase but I was smitten by the look of the pressure washer & the costIt's £200 for a reason......cos it's crapThe only positive thing I can say about this product is once it gets going it's actually quite a good pressure washer, but is very heavy on fuelMy advice would be say yourself a load of trouble and pay a little bit extra for a Karcher, which is exactly what I'm going to do******* DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT********

Check the fuel line before filling with fuel
Great product. Delivered very quickly and easy to assemble. However, CAUTION; the fuel line wasn’t connected and there is no mention of this in the set up instructions. Easy fix if you know how to but I wasn’t prepared to have a tank of fuel leaked on to the patio.

Excellent value for money and actually a great little machine
This is a great little machine for the money. I was a little worried having read reviews on here but I can honestly say it has surpassed my expectations considering this was under £200.00.The unit arrived the next day. Instructions were simple and easy to follow (It even comes with all tools required to assemble including a screwdriver to adjust the carbs if required). It does take a few pulls to get this started but you quickly find the best way of getting it running. It is quite noisy when running at maximum rpm but that is to be expected from any petrol driven machine in my opinion. No louder than an average petrol lawnmower but as I use mine mainly for cleaning vehicles, I don't often have this running at max. There is more than enough pressure at 3/4 throttle.I was a little worried about this having read some other reviews but I am really impressed with this and glad I decided to purchase this. There were a couple of issues with it (e.g. the tube the axel goes in was dented) but nothing that took more than 2mins to resolve.Overall, very happy with my purchase.

This is a great power washer
This is a great power washer. I always hired a unit from my local store for £35 per day. I decided to take the chance with this 6.5HP product. I have not been disappointed. I can now take my time with the patio and driveway cleaning, not wanting to go into a third day of hire. This is a very powerful unit with a good selection of attachments.I would, however, recommend that you read the set-up instructions carefully and follow them when first preparing the unit for use. I had a little problem on my second period of use and after contacting Jason at the company and a couple of advisory emails the Power Washer was running at optimum functionality again.Great customer service with Parker, Do not hesitate in buying this product.
