Is this an outdoor or indoor ball?

I dont like to use this ball at beach, I prefer VLS 300 (Mikasa), this one is more "soft" than MV210. So, maybe if you want do play indoor this MV210 is Ok.

how much should this ball be pumped so it wont be too hard or too flat, but a good weight?

My teacher used to tell me "pump it until you let it fall from your hand since the your head height and it will bounce up until your waist height when it is enogh pumped" but even so, it depends on how you feel the contact of the ball against your arms.
