I use these instead of disposable bags for packing my lunch for work. I eat a very healthy and portion controlled diet. These are the perfect size for a packing a single serving of berries, sliced carrots, cheese chunks, crackers, protein, nuts, etc. They nestle together once empty and don't take up much space. They wash easily and I'm not wasting money on zipper bags that end up in the landfill at the end of the day.

Love the size for fruit or small snacks. Screws tight and does not leak. Use these for lunch almost everyday.

I find these far superior to the merchant-pushed red top brand that is all I can find locally any more. To me, quality does matter. Since I've been unable to find "real" Ziploc containers, when I stumbled across these, I immediately purchased them, even though the ones I am currently using (and have been using for 4 years) are functioning perfectly. Cannot say the same for the red top brand that everyone seems to be trying to push on us. I'm extremely satisfied with Ziploc, this purchase, and thankful to have found these on Amazon. Obviously, I will purchase Ziploc again.
