Stay home and near a bathroom
This says to drink once daily. Maybe for those who aren’t new to it. I HIGHLY recommend drinking this before bed and believe me when I say you’ll be going first thing in the morning and for all the rest of the day. Drink this on nights before your days off and don’t plan on leaving. Someone recommended this to me and said the same thing so it’s not just me. Also I’m not getting any cramping, just sudden urges and running to the bathroom lol it is making me feel better.
