Hestan Provisions OvenBond – 5-Piece Tri-ply Stainless Steel Ovenware Baking Sheet Set

I have good aluminum bake sheets. They are fine for cookies, toasting crouton, and other such activities, but, for anything that is the least messy - baked chicken, roasted vegetables, traybakes, and the like - where food and oil can adhere to the pan - they are a real pain! Grease adheres firmly in brown patches and they must be hand scrubbed as they cannot go in the dishwasher - or lined with foil. So I have dreamed of dish-washable, stainless steel for some years. Recently, I have been doing far more oven-roasted meals - so quick and easy to throw together, but a pain to clean up after - so I have been burning through boxes of aluminum foil to line the pans. Once in a while, that's ok, but a couple of times a week? Now I'm destroying the planet 🥹. Time to get serious. After researching stainless steel, these tri-ply pans seemed the way to go. The aluminum core is key to even, quick heating, and the stainless steel outer layers mean that it can go in the dishwasher! Plus, Hestan is the only company that I have found who makes their tri-ply with sealed edges. If you have been following the American company's law suit about sharp edges, these pans will never have that problem no matter how often you run them through the dish washer. You can't see the layers on the edges, because they are sealed over with stainless steel - a more expensive manufacturing process - but no exposed aluminum to be leached away! Best of BOTH! Having received them, I wish I had bought them years ago. These Hestan pans are works of art! The surface is beautifully polished, and the edges are wonderfully smooth. They are not rolled, as they are heavy enough gauge that they do not need the little steel wire (that is within those rolled edges) to keep them from bending and warping - so no water trapped in dark crevices. They are lovely enough to use as serving trays in addition to baking on them, so, now? Dinner comes out of the oven and straight to the table!😁. They are heavier than aluminum pans, so a bit more exertion by the end of the day if you are doing a major amount of holiday cookies/bake sale inventory, but they also don't warp even in a 550F oven! And guess what? The polished stainless steel cleans like a dream! So, even though they CAN go in the dishwasher, it is sometimes easier just to fill them with water & a drop of soap, soak a few minutes, and they easily wipe clean! No hours of scrubbing baked on grease. Even if you burn it (yep, been there) a bit of a soak and a blue plastic scrubby, and off it comes, leaving the beautiful mirror surface. Heaven! Just a word of caution, they do scratch with steel wool or even the green scrubbers - I am not a metal engineer, but, my understanding is that steel that has the right mix of metals (enough iron) so that they are magnetic and will work with induction results in a slightly softer metal, which may scratch more easily, so if you want them to stay shiny, you must use the softer scrubbers - pink and blue, as the green ones will scratch. I did do a test, on a corner of the back and my green scrubbers did scratch, so I have pitched them so nobody accidentally scratches my beautiful pans 😉. I LOVE these pans. Even if you have great aluminum pans you love for baking cookies, you need a set of these.So back to update - I have had these almost a year, and still love them! They are as beautiful as when I first got them, and we use each one several times a week. I am slowly replacing many of my pans with the Hestan triply pan of that size and shape.

I love these baking pans. Amazing quality, incredibly easy to clean. They are not cheap, but the cost is worth it imo. Only word of caution would be that these pans are heavy. The large pan is over 5 pounds compared to an aluminum sheet pan weighing next to nothing. If your wrist strength is a problem these might not be a good fit for you.

These are the best bakeware I have ever owned. They are beautiful stainless steel and do not warp. I use the sheet pans almost daily for roasting meats and veggies. There are racks available that are awesome for roasting and when using the air fry cycle of my over. They clean easily and are dishwasher safe too, come out sparkling.

Have been using these pans for two months now. Roasted vegetables on them are great. Very little sticks to the pan and what does is easy to remove. And absolutely no warping at any temperature. I could do without the handles on each side, it makes them rather bulky to wash in the sink, but these are solid pans that will last longer than me, I suspect.

You get what you pay for. I was reluctant to pay so much for baking sheets but tired of the cheap ones flexing. These do not flex!! They are heavy duty and hold up in the oven like actual cookware should, not cheap junk. Will definitely buy more of this brand.

Great pans!!! I love these pans. They cook very nicely and the clean up great. My only complaint is that I wish they came with a rack for the smaller pans. I definitely want a rack for the smaller pan which you have to purchase separately. Makes no sense

Husband loves the weight and heft of this series. A “one and done” purchase. Will be investing more in Hestan’s products going forward.

This triply stainless steel baking set is a solid upgrade for any kitchen. The build feels durable and resists warping. It’s slightly heavier than basic pans, but that comes with better performance and longevity—well worth it. Never going back to non-stick!

Excellent build quality and fit and finish. I've used the large half pan and grill several times in the oven in a completely outperforms any other pan I've owned in the past. The high quality stainless steel makes for an easy cleanup while the aluminum core really heats the pan up fast while the stainless steel holds the heat in quite a game changer. Well worth the money.

This is quality cookware but it is made in China, contrary to what they lead you to believe. The measurements for the pans are also misleading as they are for the outside, including handles. I was disappointed in the size of the rectangular baker. It is 13x9 inside cooking area, not 15.8 x 9.7. This is definately top quality oven ware but it is extremely expensive. Do I think it is worth the $$$$$..probably not. But if money is no object, go for it. You won't find any better I'm sure. I would recommend this product only to those where cost is no object.

All pans came in what looked like used condition. Scratches and black mark galore. Will be returning
