New Tektro RL726 Cyclo Cross Top Mount Bicycle Brake Levers Silver 26.0MM

I've had numerous versions of these brake levers on several bikes. They've always been great! This time I was building a new single speed bicycle and thought I'd cheap out on brake levers. Well that was a huge mistake! When I received my cheap-o brake levers I immediately noticed that the plastic materials used in the construction wouldn't handle the rigours of my short commute to the shop, let alone a 3 mile ride to work. I sent those back a reverted to old faithful - Tektro Top Mounts! These levers give me piece of mind when I'm cycling and nothing is worth more than that. Also, they're quite adjustable, the springs the force the levers closed are strong and, of course, they look good!Just make sure you measure your handle bars before to get the right size. Alternatively get the largest diameter ones and use spacers.
