Absolutely love this range of BetterYou vitamins.This Vitamin B12 supplement is in a small bottle, easily popped into handbags, makeup bags etc. The pump action works smoothly and reliably so far. Four sprays daily are recommended to the inside of cheek. The taste is also ok! Not too strong, in fact it’s quite pleasant and no bitter aftertaste.My only negative is its red colour, not sure why it needs to be bright red.The delivery was super fast and the price was so much lower than from high street retailers.I would recommend this to others :). far better than tablet form for me.

I had an allergic reaction to this spray - skin peeling from lips/inside mouth, swelling of lips, tongue and inner cheeks. I thought I had a summer cold/sore throat coming, so used it longer than I should have. I didn't know how many stars to give, as I am going to be an exception (I should add I am prone to reactions to some foods etc). I have used their Vitamin D3-K2 spray for a couple of years without problems, so I know their products are good. Please be aware and stop using earlier than I did if you get any strange symptoms.
