Very impressed with this pan so far. The non-stick performance is excellent — I tested it by cooking an egg with zero oil, and it didn’t stick at all. It cooked evenly and slid straight off, which really shows how good the coating is. I’ve also attached a video to demonstrate this. Normally I use a little butter, but this was purely to show the real performance without anything added.The build quality feels solid with a sturdy stainless steel body, and the handle is comfortable to hold. The Thermo-Spot heat indicator is a nice touch and helps get the timing right before cooking. One of the best none stick pans i have tried out there! Washes so easily in the sink as all food just slides right off, had no problem what so ever with anything sticking or burning onto the bottom of the pan. I am really careful however with what utensils i use on this - NO metal, only silicon or wood. The size is great, large enough for both me and my partner to meal prep and batch cook with. It is heavy set, but not impossible to wash, lift in and out of cupboards, etc. I have not put this in the dishwasher however so dont know how it would fare up there, but absolutely love this pan compared to previous pans i have used in the past.

We use this pan every day, and do not baby it. We use it on induction and gas, and we wash it in the dishwasher when we're done. We are careful about only using silicone or wooden utensils, but otherwise we bought it to be a cheap disposable pan, and it has served us well. We bought the first one in July 2021, and have only today (November 2022) placed an order for a second one. The coating was starting to come loose around the handle (not on the cooking surface), but that's to be expected after a while and marks the time for a replacement.The only other issue we had was the handle came loose, and because it's only pop-riveted, there's nothing that can really be done to fix it when it goes. So while it still worked, and wasn't in danger of falling off, it was going to either be the handle or the coating that caused us to replace it and it turned out it's both.Still, for £28.99 (we bought the replacement in a Black Friday sale) for 18 months' near daily use, this pan has cost us less than 5p per use, so we really can't complain.The red dot in the middle 'perfect temperature' thing is nonsense, I don't know why Tefal continue to insist it works. No Tefal pan I have ever bought makes the slightest difference in colour dependent on temperature.

Have been using this Tefal frying pan since March & have had no problems . Always heat until the red spot disappears before cooking anything . Would highly recommend making sure the stainless steel on the base is cleaned before it gets too dirty as it is much easier to keep it looking good . A light spray of oil is all you need when frying . A really good frying pan when looked after .

I’ve had one of these for nearly 10 years & it’s still going strong. Just treated myself to a new one. Best pan I ever owned. Non stick, heavy enough not to tip & the perfect size. Works on induction too - brilliant!
