Non posso dare più di tre stelle perché è davvero impaginato malissimo! Foto tagliate al centro e spiegazioni stringate. Sicuramente i manuali comprendo molti esercizi, ma nessuno davvero nuovo o esclusivo! Sinceramente sono tutti esercizi già visti in altri manuali. Quindi nulla di che... mi aspettavo decisamente di più! Infatti mi sono fermato a 2 dei 5 manuali! Non spenderò altri soldi per gli altri 3.

This book offers some good approaches and ideas related to Pilates; however, it is primarily suited for beginners with little to no prior experience. Many of the exercises presented are very basic, and there is a noticeable lack of more advanced or challenging content. As someone with experience, I did not find much added value in this book. It lacks depth and a stronger foundation of professional or technical knowledge, which would be necessary to make it more useful for intermediate or advanced practitioners. Additionally, considering the relatively high price, the overall content feels limited. The book does not provide enough substance to justify the cost, especially for those seeking more comprehensive or in-depth guidance.

I have all five manuals and appreciate the detail and amount of information given for each exercise. Very thorough and well thought out except for the layout and printing of the manual itself. The page layout is too large and in binding cuts the images in every manual. A very simple thing for the publisher to fix.

The product information is good enough (when you can read/see it). The problem I have with the books (all five of them) is print quality. I am wondering if these are 2nd's or 3rd's. The pictures do not fit on the page properly. The instructions are so close to the center of the book you have to press the book firmly to read the information.
