Probably great in a normal summer but only marginally effective in +30°c British heatwave

Too big for my windscreen (Fiesta 2006). The spokes were bending out of place & leaving gaps. I returned it for a refund & they accepted it even tho it was battered from trying to fit the window.

Worked once then snapped. Umbrella handle design is not well suited for many cars as it struggles against the dashboard (Renault Clio) Will be sticking with a concertina style in the future. Looked amusing in the window the one time it fitted though. I'm sure if the angle of your windshield doesn't block the umbrella handle from resting on your dashboard this could be great.
