natural, works wonderfully, taste is like a herb tea, better than stuffing myself with some chemicals, actually enjoy drinking it.. but need to be close to the bathroom, because sometimes it works really fast, will buy again, better than pre-packet tea bags, prefer loose leaves, just soak it for few mins

I bought this for occasional constipation. After you drink the brewed tea, it may take a while but it does work. I put 2 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of senna leaves in a pot. I boil the water, shut the fire off and let it brew. Then strain the leaves and pour tea into cup. Don't over use senna leaves. I learned this from experience. It can give you cramps. I hope this is helpful.

Smells good, value for your money good. Not as strong flavor as I had hoped.

This natural stuff is powerful. I made a cup of tea leaves and the toilet was my chair for a while. You only need a little cup of tea. No side effects from me.
