"● About plantar fasciitis — a condition that develops when the plantar fascia — the band of tissue on the bottom of the foot that connects the heel to the toes and supports the arch — becomes inflamed or strained. ● Simple treatment methods — avoiding high-impact exercise, taking over-the-counter pain and inflammatory-proof medication, such as ibuprofen, using Signs (shoe inserts) for added support and possibly icing the foot periodically.resolve symptoms for most people, although the pain usually takes months, sometimes longer, to fully heal. Our Signs can help align the central three metatarsal shafts to correctly maintain the metatarsal bone position.Distributing the weight over the five metatarsal bones helps reduce impact and pressure,a common cause of the callus and burning pain in feet. The Arch Proper medial and lateral arch support reduces aches and pains, and promotes healthier functioning for superior natural shock absorption and a coiled spring effect in the foot. The Toe The generous toe box allows your toes to spread naturally, like a bare foot in wet sand. The result is better balance, less stress, and increased comfort. The Heel The sandal's heel cup cradles the foot, minimizes side-to-side movement, and provides stability and natural shock absorption. The heel cup centers and aligns the foot to minimize pronation and supination, reduce pressure on the arch, and enhance the body's natural cushioning and bone protection. Ideal for foot and heel conditions such as: ✔Flat Feet ✔Plantar Fasciitis ✔Foot, Arch and Heel Pain ✔Arthritis ✔Knee pain ✔Supination ✔Bunions ✔Overpronation Review: Runs wide but loved the shoe Review: these are adorable and have great arch support! I need a total hip replacement surgery and I cannot reach my feet and so they’re very challenging getting on and off. For now, I will keep them off, but after the surgery, I plan on wearing them all the time.

These shoes are very comfortable. They look exactly like the picture. They are not a heavy shoe and it feels like I'm walking on air. These are the perfect shoe for my feet issues. Definitely are worth the price. They slip on with ease.

Están lindos, cómodos y aunque aún estoy en periodo de prueba, pienso que me ayudarán a la fasciitis. Bonito diseño y color que combina con todo

I recently got treated for plantar fasciitis and needed a good shoe to wear around the house on a daily basis for 4-8 hours per day. They are very comfortable, the arch support is fantastic, and the laces tighten and hold for a good while before I need to gently re-tighten them. In the past I have normally worn a size 10, and many of my shoes are still a 10, but more often I've been finding that I need to wear size 11 for select shoes. The most helpful tool for deciding which size to get was the provided size guide. I measured my bare feet and then compared it with their measurements to see which size range I fit in. I just barely missed the range for the 10s and I'm very please with the 11s. The arch support truly does support my overpronated feet. It doesn't feel too big either. The cushion in the heel is so nice. I don't know that these shoes would have fixed my foot issue without seeing a doctor (my plantar fasciitis had been going on for about 6 months), but I'm very hopeful that, now that I have better support for my feet throughout the day, I won't have to visit the doctor again! Good shoes are soooooo important. I love feeling stylish in a shoe that doesn't make my foot look big AND I'm comfortable! That's not always easy to find! I'll definitely consider this brand when it's time to replace this pair.
