Blonde Hair, Fair Skin, This Is A Must Take Item when I go on holiday.
After years of having to slather on Factor 15 or Factor 20 sun cream every 45 minutes to an hour whenever I'm on the beach or in the sun P20 has revolutionised my holidays. I have not been burned when out in the sun in places like Thailand (every year), Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, etc., in high season. I have very fair skin and burn quickly but not any more. If you follow the instructions and make sure the P20 is well rubbed in it will work. I tend to spend a lot of time in the water when I'm in hot countries but the P20 doesn't appear to wash off, giving me full protection. There can be a bit of staining on clothes but it isn't too bad and washes out of most items. I only wear natural fabrics (cotton, linen) and I've always managed to wash any discolouration/stains out. P20 isn't cheap to buy initially but it works out no more expensive than your bog standard sun creams because you only apply it once in the morning. The convenience of once a day sun protection is what keeps me using P20. For an 18 day trip I use just under three bottles which means that I don't burn for the whole of my holiday. Tanning is gradual using P20 but P20 F10 allows more tanning I will never go on holiday without P20, it is the first thing on my list to buy before departure. Riemann also do a mosquito repellant which is fantastic. It doesn't stink like other brands but works a treat. Apart from having fair skin that burns within 10 minutes of being in the sun I also have a blood type that biting insects love. The Riemann's stuff is like a cloaking device, mossies and other pests don't seem able to see me when I have it on.

Already brought a bottle for my next holiday.
Both my boyfriend and I are fair skinned and burn very easily often ruining any holiday that involves sun. A friend told us to try this as it works wonders, you only apply it once a day and not only will you not burn, you will actually start to tan. I thought it was worth giving it a go but still took my trusty factor 30 with me just in case. We were in Cuba for 2 weeks in extreme heat which was lovely and yes this really does work. You do have to only apply once and as long as you make sure you have covered every inch of skin that will be exposed to the skin then you won't burn. Not even if you are in and out of the water constantly as we were. My boyfriend one day missed a patch about the size of a fist on his ankle and did start burning in that spot alone after being in the sun for about an hour, the rest of him was fine. That was the only mishap of the holiday. Even after being on an all day boat trip when everyone else came back looking like lobsters and they had been continually re-applying suncream all day, we were fine. I did come back with a nice tan. The 200 ml bottle lasted 2 of us 2 weeks just - I used the factor 30 on the last day of the trip. Slightly oily but well worth it.

I will never use another sun lotion
I have been using P20 for over 5 years and would not change. I love that you apply once in the morning before leaving the room, leave it a short time to soak in, dress and then forget about it! You do not have to reapply during the day, no matter how many times you go for a swim, or how much you sweat! Although more expensive than your regular sun lotions, as you only apply once rather than every 2 hours/after swimming it works out a lot cheaper and weighs less for baggage allowances. I also get a lovely even tan through P20 that lasts until long after I have returned. As others have said, the lotion does have quite a chemical smell when you apply although this quickly disappears once the lotion has soaked in, and I would not recommend wearing white clothing straight after application as the lotion can tint clothes with a slight yellowness (although I have found that this comes out after a thorough wash once home) I don't use P20 on my face as I found that if it got into my eyes through sweating etc it stings and made my eyes water for the day. I therefore buy a little bottle of a regular lotion to use on my face, but find it easy to reapply lotion to this one easy area through the day. Everyone I have recommended this product to has continued to use it, and a red head I went on holiday with this year commented that this was the first time ever she has been able to lie out in the sun for extended periods without burning and went home with a tan. I find I need 1 x 200ml bottle per 6 days whilst away, and therefore purchased 4 bottles for the 2 week holiday I took with my partner this year.

The only suncream I use
P20 is great. Easy to apply due to not being a cream as such (more of a liquid). I do tend to use more than once during a day if out in the sun (I burn quite easily) but after a few years of use I have yet to burn whilst under the protection of P20 (used across a range of continents and heat types and in circumstances where I have had no choice but to be in the blazing sun all day - which btw is not recommended). Pros: -Easy to apply -Really does protect your skin (far better than all other sun protection lotions that I have used) - I stay burn free whilst everyone around me turns to crackling -The bottle goes quite far -Sand etc does not seem to stick to you as much Cons: -Due to runny nature, can get in your eyes (or maybe this is just me) -Avoid getting on clothes as much as possible as can leave yellow marks (which sometimes do not seem to wash out) - not an issue if just by a pool / on the beach Overall this stuff is great and cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else I can find. Another very good brand is Ultrasun (try John Lewis if not on here) - Ultrasun also makes a fantastic aftersun which is the best I've used.

Good Product get some
If you want the short version then this is great and does exactly what it claims to. Now i burn very easily and have used many sun lotions with the same results sun - burn - peel - white again :( Or break out the albino sun cream then its white - sun - still white I found this 4 years ago in a duty free shop read the box and (rather skepticly) decided to try it. I have never looked back, it realy does last all day and yes you will tan not burn. Also the waterproof claims are true as it is even good for a day on the beach with lots of swimming. I was in turkey last year for 2 weeks and the "coldest" day was 45 (yes celcius) and i still mostly avoided burning. 2 points to consider are: 1) you need to put plenty on (and its not eactly cheap) 2) when you put it on it is quite sticky and will stain any fabric until it has soaked in which takes a few mins. If you can live with those 2 points then seriously you should try it. I bet you will never buy another brand, i have been paying £17 per bottle with no regrets for 4 years (until i found the price on here.)

In a class of its own
I have been using P20 sunscreen for 25 years now and it is in a class of its own. Apply once at breakfast time and it lasts all day no matter how much you swim or sweat. I have used it on the equator and lain out at mid-day (I was younger and foolisher then) but no hint of burning, and skiing. Get a great tan and never burn, itch or have any problems. I am amazed that anyone ever buys any other kind of sunscreen. Oily, greasy stuff that needs re-applying: madness. P20 is just gently applied, not rubbed in. Perfect for children and nudists! Totally clear so women can add make up over it. Just make sure you apply carefully to all exposed areas because you won't be going over it a second time 'till the following day. This is a truly unique product that works perfectly. Try it and you will wonder why any other type exists.

Excellent sun protection for fair skin
I am fair skinned and over the years have holidayed in India and Australia and other very hot sunny places. All of my family have been using Riemann P20 once a day protection for over 25 years. In that time the product has vastly improved. Years ago it was extremely effective but could discolour clothes. However it seems that the formula may have been improved because this doesn't seem to be an issue now. My advice is to apply the product after you have washed and give it time to dry thoroughly before you dress. I think the manufacturers recommend 1 hour to let it dry but I have done less when in a hurry. Avoid applying it too close to the eye area as if you sweat and it runs into your eyes it can sting. I must warn that I am not a sun bather and so if you ARE a basking seal this may not be the product for you. If you appreciate the sun but are wise enough to take adequate steps to protect yourself from its harmful aspect, then I would urge you to try Riemann P20. Please don't be put off by the price. A little goes a long way, and by the way, the Amazon deal is very good. I purchased 2 bottles for less than £20. It costs MUCH more at the airport or in local supermarkets in the UK. Finally if you do expose your skin to the full sun and aren't aware of the effects of skin cancer, please take time to look on the internet. A suggested site is [...]

Brilliant
For the last few years I have 'noticed' this sun cream and always thought that I'd give it a go. However, this was before there were any reviews so I was pretty reluctant to do so; I couldn't see that one application would give day-long protection. I was understandably apprehensive, especially given my pale Celtic complexion. This year I took the plunge and bought 3 bottles for out 2-week holiday to Italy. On day one, with temperatures already in the late twenties at 10am, I reached for a bottle. My first impression was concern as the product is more like an oil than a cream; I checked the sell by date and even opened a second bottle to check they were te same. They were so I applied a liberal coat and stood under the Aircon for the suggested 15 minutes wait before being exposed to the sun. The smell does make your eyes water but the oil goes on well and dries very quickly. After 2 hours in the sun, jumping in and out of the pool, we stopped for lunch and I honestly thought that would be enough sun for the day. It normally would be using factor 20 normal cream. However, no tingling and no pinkness so after lunch I spent another 2 hours in the sun and even sunbathed! I would normally have combusted by now. That night, having spent 4 hours in the direct Mediterranean sun, I wasn't even pink. Apparently I just had a healthy glow. Amazing. One application and no burnt bits. The next day, a return to the sun for 6 hours and my healthy glow just got better. A week later I had developed a golden tan. After 10 days I was thinking that the oil was too effective so I tried a factor 12 cream. I went pink but the next morning the pinkness had gone and I was te brownest I had ever been. I then stuck with the factor 12 cream. So, to conclude, it works and is worth every penny. I didn't use the 3 bottles and wish that I had bought 1x SPF20 and 1x SPF10 as they do do a lower factor SP product. A far as quantity goes, I applied liberally and one bottle lasted 8 applications; I'm 6'3, 44 chest, if that gives you and idea of the coverage. The only warning I can give is don't wear anything white once you have applied; my white T Shirts ended-up with a yellow tinge.

Long time favourite sun protection
P20 was recommended to me several years ago by a skin specialist who was worried by my increasing freckles from the sun (ie sun damage). I started using P20 and have hardly used anything else since. It's lightweight and non-greasy - absorbs after a few mins into your skin and you only need to apply it once a day. After a day in the sun you will soon find out the parts you have missed. Later versions have included a smaller bottle which is easier for travel, and a spray bottle which makes applying easier and doesn't waste as much pouring onto your hands first. After hours in the sun, and also in and out of the water, P20 will protect you. However If you have easily burning skin, be sure to use additional protection of a hat and some protective clothing if you're going to be in the direct sun all day.

Buenísimo. Solo tienes que usarlo 1 vez al día y te bronceas perfecto. Recuerda ponértelo en las mañanas antes de ponerte el traje de baño. Deja que se penetre un poco y listo!
