I’m ordering my 3rd bottle, I use it combined with Vitamin B1 for neuropathy. It’s the only thing I’ve found that helps the tingling in my feet. What a relief and I appreciate those that write reviews because that’s how I found this product…a total game changer for me. I’m a 72 year old active female who would definitely recommend this product….BUT use this brand because not all of them are created equal.

So far it’s helped with my neuropathy. I wanted to stop taking Gabapentin and gave this a try. I have less tingling and pain in my toes at night.

My neuropathy is pretty advanced sadly, I did notice a moderate improvement on this initially but after a few weeks it stopped helping.
